John J. Greenwell

John J. was born in 1838 in St. Mary's Co., MD.¹ John J.'s father was George W W Greenwell and his mother was Elizabeth H. Dorsey. His paternal grandfather was William Greenwell. He had two brothers named Frank and George Lewis. He was the oldest of the three children.
