Able Simond Greenwell

Able Simond was born in 1798 in St Marys, St Mary's, Maryland, United States.¹ Able Simond's father was Thomas Greenwell and his mother is Mary Milburn Simmons. His paternal grandfather was Philip Greenwell and his paternal grandmother is Mary Manning Greenwell. He had a brother and two sisters, named Joseph Kirkley, Alathea and Elizabeth Swan. He was the oldest of the four children. He had six half-brothers named Philip, Samuel, Lewis, William Frances, Thomas James and Joseph Kirkley. He died at the age of 46 on December 21st, 1844 in St. Mary's Co., MD.²
