Ceclia Dowling

Ceclia was born about 1909 in New York.¹ Ceclia's father was Arthur T Dowling and her mother was Catherine S. Smyth. Her maternal grandparents were James I Smyth and Catherine Farnand. She had a brother and six sisters, named James, Anna M, Marie E, Alice, Ames, Agnes H and Evaline A. She is the seventh oldest of the eight children.
