Female Jacky Ann Dail

Jacky Ann was born on February 4th, 1848 in Greene, North Carolina, United States.1   Jacky Ann's father was Elbert Ray Dail and her mother was Mary Turnage.  Her paternal grandparents were James Dail and Nancy Murphrey. She had seven brothers and six sisters, named Jebtha, Benjamin, Elias Exum, Jacky Ann, James Scott, George, Elbert Mallard, Glendora, Mary Ellen, Nanie C., Nancy Buck, Octavia and Ada.  She was the fourth oldest of the fourteen children.  She died at the age of 66 on May 21st, 1914 in Newbern, Craven, North Carolina.2
