Male Philip Manley Clarke

Philip Manley was born in 1861 in Maryland, United States.1   Philip Manley's father was Rufus King Clarke and his mother was Ellen Rebecca Greenwell.  His paternal grandparents were Philip Clarke and Mary B. Wilkinson; his maternal grandparents were Philip Greenwell and Mary Sydney Greenwell. He had three brothers and a sister, named Robert Alexander, Charles King, John Ralph and Annie M.  He was the oldest of the five children.  He died at the age of 36 on March 15th, 1897.
