    2/1821:  Jane Clarke, Adm. of George Clarke (Orphan Ct. Rec., Fenwick).
    
    2/1821:  Jane Clarke appointed guardian to John A. Clarke (Orphan Ct. Rec.,
    Fenwick).
    
    Also, the will of Jane's grandfather devised to her as follows:
    
    Will of John Abell, Sr., 7/3/1794-8/5/1794.  Granddaughter:  Jane Abell,
    dau. of John B. Abell and his wife, Elizabeth, all of the land I bought from
    George Abell, Samuel Abell, Sr., John B. Brown, and Raphael Brown; it being
    the plantation where I now live; one bed and furniture; one desk; one case
    of bottles; and one iron pot.

    9/17/1788:  Deed to John Abell from Samuel Abell, Sr., "Harm Watch-Harm
    Catch", "Squabble", and "Abell's Inclosure" (Chr. of SM).
    
    3/7/1791:  Deed to John Abell from Raphael Brown, "Part of Harm Watch-Harm
    Catch", 4 ac., 3/7/1791 (Chr. of SM).
    
    Here's John Abell Clarke selling part of these properties:
    
    Deed from John A. Clarke  to James Spencer for 1/4 of "The Folly",
    "William's Endeavor", "Harm Watch, Harm Catch", and "The Lizard's Tail",

    Here's his brother Philip Clarke selling his share:

    Philip Clarke m. Mary Wilkinson and they had a daughter named Jane Ann
    Elizabeth Clarke who m. Benedict Joseph Abell.  John Abell Clarke died at
    her home in 1880.
