William Carraway

William was born in Craven Co. NC.¹ William's father was William Carraway and his mother was Ann Moore. His paternal grandparents were John Carraway and Ann Kemp; his maternal grandfather was William Moore and his maternal grandmother is Mrs Moore. He had two brothers and two sisters, named James, Arthur, Sarah and Patty. He had a half-sister named Patti. He died after 1783 in Craven Co. NC.¹
