Sarah Carraway

Sarah was born in 1730 in Craven Co. NC.¹ Sarah's father was William Carraway and her mother was Ann Moore. Her paternal grandparents were John Carraway and Ann Kemp; her maternal grandfather was William Moore and her maternal grandmother is Mrs Moore. She had three brothers and a sister, named James, Arthur, William and Patty. She had a half-sister named Patti. She died at the age of 50 in 1780 in Craven Co. NC.¹
