William Carraway

William was born in 1688 in Virginia, United States. William's father was John Carraway and his mother was Ann Kemp. His paternal grandparents were John Carraway and Ann Foster. He had three brothers and four sisters, named John, James, Thomas, Mary, Ann, Elizabeth and Dinah. He was the sixth oldest of the eight children. He died at the age of 29 in 1717 in Craven, North Carolina, United States.
