Elizabeth Carraway

Elizabeth was born in 1684 in City, Prince William, Virginia, United States.¹ Elizabeth's father was John Carraway and her mother was Ann Kemp. Her paternal grandparents were John Carraway and Ann Foster. She had four brothers and three sisters, named John, James, William, Thomas, Mary, Ann and Dinah. She was the fifth oldest of the eight children. She died at the age of 50 in 1734 in Prince William, Virginia, United States.
