Thomas Carraway

Thomas was born about 1689 in VA.¹ Thomas' father was John Carraway and his mother was Ann Kemp. His paternal grandparents were John Carraway and Ann Foster; his maternal grandparents were George Kemp and Mary Lovett. He had four brothers and two sisters, named John, Richard, James, William, Elizabeth Ann and Dinah. He was the sixth oldest of the seven children. He died in Craven Co. NC.¹
