Richard Carraway

Richard was born about 1677 in Lower Norfolk Co., VA.¹ Richard's father was John Carraway and his mother was Ann Kemp. His paternal grandparents were John Carraway and Ann Foster; his maternal grandparents were George Kemp and Mary Lovett. He had four brothers and two sisters, named John, James, William, Thomas, Elizabeth Ann and Dinah. He was the second oldest of the seven children. He died in 1710 in VA.¹
