Thomas Carraway

Thomas was born in 1773 in Craven, North Carolina, United States. Thomas' father was Thomas Carraway and his mother is Catherine S Stuart. His paternal grandparents were John Carraway and Margaret Stewart. He was an only child. He died at the age of 69 in 1842.
