Male Solomon Carraway

Solomon was born in 1808 in North Carolina, United States.1   Solomon's father was Archibald Caraway and his mother was Elizabeth Taylor. He had six brothers and five sisters, named Laban, William T, Edwin S, Taylor, Ellis, John, Sarah H, Elizabeth, Lucretia R, Louisa and Thetis T.  He was the eighth oldest of the twelve children.  He died in North Carolina, United States.
