Male Ellis Caraway

Ellis was born on March 11th, 1805 in Anson, North Carolina, United States.  Ellis' father was Archibald Caraway and his mother was Elizabeth Taylor. He had six brothers and five sisters, named Laban, William T, Edwin S, Taylor, Solomon, John, Sarah H, Elizabeth, Lucretia R, Louisa and Thetis T.  He was the sixth oldest of the twelve children.  He died at the age of 31 in 1836.
