Nonie Lee

Nonie was born on September 11th, 1859 in Desoto, La, USA. Nonie's father was Nathaniel E. Lee and her mother was Susan Agnes Carroll. Her maternal grandparents are Thomas Carroll and Elizabeth. General Notes
- Merriola said that Nonie (Nona) had a daughter named Velma, who died in Leesville in Jan 9, 1979. This may have been the Velma Sweeney who lived next door to the Piranio family for many years.
  Susan A. Smith - 1837-1925
  Vernon Genealogist Volume VII, Number 4, on page 24 states that Nona Glover was a widow at time of death in Leesville. It also states that N.E. Lee, her father, was born in England.
