Thomas was born in 1557.1   Thomas' father was Giles Bishop and his mother was Ann Birt.  His paternal grandparents are THOMAS BISHOP and Deborah Beard. He had four brothers and a sister, named Edward, Giles, John, Stephen and Anne.  He died at the age of 40 in May 1597 in Hunton, Kent.1
