Frank was born in 1898 in Hadlow, Kent.  Frank's father was Albert RICHARDSON and his mother was Ada Jane FRANCIS.  His maternal grandparents were Walter FRANCIS and Clara SAUNDERS. He had a brother and two sisters, named Albert Charles, Amelia M and Ada Clara.
