Reginald Robert R was born on April 2nd, 1903 in Burston, Norfolk, England.  Reginald Robert R's father was Clark POTTER and his mother was Alice LAWS.  His paternal grandparents were George POTTER and Elizabeth BALE. He had six brothers and four sisters, named Herbert James, Ezra Bale, William Leonard, Ernest George, Lancelot Edwin C, Walter Dennis, Margaret Elizabeth, Matilda Kate Jubilee, Roberta Adela and Beatrice Maud.  He died at the age of 77 in 1980 in Norwich Outer District.
