Helen was born in 1869 in St. Helens, England, UK.  Helen's father was John GALLAGHER and her mother was Mary MCMILLAN.  Her paternal grandparents were John GALLACHER and Agnes; her maternal grandparents were Archibald MCMILLAN and Mary SMITH. She had three brothers and five sisters, named John, Ephraim, Charles, Agnes, Mary, Rose A, Catherine and Elizabeth.  She was the second youngest of the nine children.  She died at the age of 64 in 1933 in Southampton District.
