Benjamin was born in 1755 in Henrico, Virginia.1   Benjamin's father was William Waldron Sr and his mother was Nancy Elizabeth Woods.  His paternal grandparents were Moses A Waldron and <Unknown>. He had four brothers and two sisters, named William, Ruben, John, Jesse, Sally and Anny.  He died at the age of 56 in 1811 in Bedford, Virginia.1
