Dessie Garvin

Dessie was born in 1915. Dessie's father was Eugene Garvin Sr and her mother was Sarah E Cobb/Hatcher (Garvin). Her paternal grandparents were John Garvin and Lula Land; her maternal grandparents were George Cobb and Mary E Hatcher (Cobb). She had four brothers and a sister, named Winfred, Eugene, Murrell, Paul and Lucille. She was the second oldest of the six children.
