Joshua Lane

Joshua was born on February 2nd, 1782. Joshua's father was William Lane and his mother was Mary Dow. His paternal grandparents are Deacon William Lane and Rachel Ward; his maternal grandparents were Samuel Dow and Mary Batchelder. He had six brothers and a sister, named William, Samuel, John, Meshech, Joel, William and Mary. He was the third oldest of the eight children. He died at the age of 43 on October 9th, 1825.
