Capt Joseph Jenness

Joseph was born on March 11th, 1727. Joseph's father was Capt Richard Jenness and his mother was Mary Dow. His paternal grandparents are Francis Jenness and Hannah Swain; his maternal grandparents were Simon Dow and Sarah Marston. He had five brothers and three sisters, named Francis, Richard, Simon, Jonathan, Samuel, Sarah, Mary and Hannah. He was the youngest of the nine children. He died at the age of 88 in 1815.
