Henery Elmer was born on April 23rd, 1864 in Clay Township,IN.  Henery Elmer's father was Samuel Krieter and his mother was Catherine Paulus.  His maternal grandparents are Daniel Paulus and Mariah. He had five brothers and four sisters, named Newton Monrow, Thomas Danial, Charles Silvanus, Jeremiah Alen, Samuel Oda, Lily Eta, Rose Anna, Mary Minetta and Esta Ellis.  He was the second oldest of the ten children.  He died at the age of 2 on October 30th, 1866 in Clay Township,IN.
