Jacob Hege

Jacob was born on November 20th, 1804.¹ Jacob's father was Philipp Jakob Heege and his mother was Cathatina Barbara Goetz. His paternal grandparents were Johann Heinrich Hege and Catharina Barbara Mayerhof. He had four brothers and four sisters, named Philipp Jacob, Johann Adam, Johann Jacob, Martin, Maria Elisabeth, Catharina Elisabeth, Maria Christina and Catharina Margareth. He was the sixth oldest of the nine children.¹
