Catharina Elisabeth Hege

Catharina Elisabeth was born on August 19th, 1802 in Meckenheim.¹ Catharina Elisabeth's father was Philipp Jakob Heege and her mother was Cathatina Barbara Goetz. Her paternal grandparents were Johann Heinrich Hege and Catharina Barbara Mayerhof. She had five brothers and three sisters, named Philipp Jacob, Johann Adam, Johann Jacob, Jacob, Martin, Maria Elisabeth, Maria Christina and Catharina Margareth. She was the fifth oldest of the nine children.¹
