Vivian L was born about 1924.1   Vivian L's father was William Derickson and her mother was Cecile M Throckmorton.  Her paternal grandparents are Samuel Derickson and Anna E; her maternal grandparents were William Elmer Throckmorton and Nettie May Beck. She has two brothers and four sisters, named William H, John A, Mildred, Anna M, Norma Jean and Mabel J.  She is the fifth oldest of the seven children.
