Amos Crandall

Amos was born in September 1776 in Voluntown, New London, Connecticut, USA. Amos' father was Rev. Amos Crandall and his mother was Elizabeth Brown. His paternal grandparents were Amos Crandall and Hannah Bailey; his maternal grandparents were Zebulon Brown and Anne Main. He had a brother and four sisters, named John Amos, Mary, Dorothea, Elizabeth and Nancy Ann. He was the fourth oldest of the six children. He died at the age of 85 on January 7th, 1862 in Lima, Livingston, New York, USA.
