Frank was born on May 18th, 1879 in Leicester Augustin Friars, Leicestershire, England.  Frank's father was Isaac Porter and his mother is Sarah King.  His paternal grandfather was George Porter and his paternal grandmother is Mary Ann Sarson. He had six brothers and four sisters, named George, Isaac, William, Joseph, John, Charles, Mary Maria, Annie Maria, Edith Alice and Elizabeth Jane.  He died  due to OCT-DEC in 1879 in Leicester Augustin Friars, Leicestershire, England.1
