Anne was born on March 8th, 1663 in Rillaar.  Anne's father was Marcus Vleminx and her mother was Adriana Nys.  Her paternal grandparents were Philippus Vleminck and Maria Milis; her maternal grandparents were Anthoen Nys and <Unknown>. She had four brothers and four sisters, named Marcus, Sébastien, Michel, Jean, Marie, Anne, Anne and Anne.  She was the oldest of the nine children.
