Philomena was born on January 5th, 1895.  Philomena's father was Petrus Philippus Bober and her mother was Maria De Kerf.  Her paternal grandparents were Carolus Ludovicus Bober and Rosalia Christine Moens; her maternal grandparents were Petrus Franciscus De Kerf and Philomène Moeyerson. She had five brothers and two sisters, named Jan Baptiste, Franciscus, Carolus, Frederik, Josephus, Rosalia and Maria Constansia.  She was the oldest of the eight children.  She died at the age of 3 on August 6th, 1898.
