Maria Constansia was born on May 31st, 1914.  Maria Constansia's father was Petrus Philippus Bober and her mother was Maria De Kerf.  Her paternal grandparents were Carolus Ludovicus Bober and Rosalia Christine Moens; her maternal grandparents were Petrus Franciscus De Kerf and Philomène Moeyerson. She had five brothers and two sisters, named Jan Baptiste, Franciscus, Carolus, Frederik, Josephus, Philomena and Rosalia.  She was the youngest of the eight children.
