Dinah was born on June 7th, 1756 in Stonham Aspall, Suffolk. Dinah's father was Ruben Bridges and her mother was Rachel Sewel. Her paternal grandparents were William Bridges and Dinah; her. She was the second of six children. She had four brothers and a sister, named Samuel, Ruben, James, Samuel and Mary.
