Elizabeth was born in April 1760 in St Enoder, Cornwall and was baptised on April 28th, 1760. Elizabeth's father was Steven Bullock and her mother was Frances Vivian. Her paternal grandparents were Edmund Bullock and Mary Vivian; her maternal grandparents were Ralph Vivian and Joan Rogers. She was the fifth of eight children. She had four brothers and three sisters, named Stephen, Ralph, James, <Unknown>, Ann, Joan and Jane. She died, at the age of 56 years, in year 1816.
