Andrew was born in May 1697 in Probus, Cornwall and was baptised on May 10th, 1697. Andrew's father was Richard Bullock. His paternal grandparents were John Bullock and Katherin Trethewi; his. He was the fourth of seven children. He had five brothers and a sister, named John, Richard, Hugh, Thomas, Peter and Ann.
