Thomas was born in year 1646 in St Enoder, Cornwall and was baptised on June 26th, 1646. Thomas' father was Thomas Bullock and his mother was Dorothy Pearce. His paternal grandparents were Richard Bullock and Agnes; his maternal grandparents were John Pearce and Grace. He was the third of six children. He had a brother and four sisters, named John, Joan, Joane, Dorothie and Ann.
