Frederick was born on March 18th, 1891 in Snape.Frederick's father was Albert (Bertie) Arthur David Bridges and his mother was Mrs Elizabeth Mary Ann Coad.  His paternal grandparents were Arthur Bridges and Elizabeth Fox; his maternal grandparents were  James Peter Coad and  Mary Ann Maryon.  He was the third of seven children.  He had four brothers and two sisters, named Ernest, Wilfred, Stanley, Charles, Mary and Ethel.  He died, at the age of 75 years, in year 1966.
