József Asbóth

József was born in November 1799 in Szany Sopron vm and his baptism took place there on November 24th, 1799.¹   József's father was György Asbóth and his mother was Katalin Nagy.  His paternal grandparents were György Asbóth and Katalin Horváth. He had five brothers and four sisters, named János, György, György, György, Imre, Katalin, Anna, Katalin and Julianna.  He was the second oldest of the ten children.
