Károly Zámoly

Károly was born on December 5th, 1853 in Esztergom and his baptism took place in Esztergom Belvárosi.¹

Károly's father was János Zámoly and his mother was Jozefin Hosbély.  His paternal grandparents were Ignác Zámoly and Júlia Rozsán; his maternal grandparents were György Hospély and Mária Czinkant. He had three brothers and two sisters, named Béla, Anna, Etelka, Karolina and Ilona.  He was the oldest of the six children. He had two half-brothers and two half-sisters, named János, Ferenc, Mária and Erzsébet.
