Rudy was born on July 12th, 1949.  Rudy's father is Mohamad Kasim and his mother is Siti Marpuah / Siti Murtini.  His maternal grandfather was Rusman Partosudirdjo and his maternal grandmother is Siti Murtasiah. He had a brother named Lukitaningsih.  He was the older of the two children.  He died at the age of 28 on January 25th, 1978.
