Richard was born in 1700.  Richard's father was James Christian and his mother was Anne Macon (Christian).  His paternal grandparents were Thomas Christian Snr.  "THE IMMIGRANT" and Eleanor Kewly ? (Christian). He had four brothers and a sister, named Joel, William, James Christian, Gideon and Judith.  He was the oldest of the six children.  He died at the age of 69 on November 1st, 1769.
