Aaron, known as Aaron, was born about 1837.  Aaron's father was Gideon GEARHART and his mother was Mary Ann NUSS.  His paternal grandparents were Jacob GEARHART and Mary (Polly) FISHER. He had a brother and a sister, named Charles and Catherine.  He was the oldest of the three children.
