Frank, known as Frank, was born on February 13th, 1904.  Frank's father was Andrew J MADDEN and his mother was Helen (Elena) SANDS.  His paternal grandparents were James MADDEN and Margaret GLEASON. He had three brothers and five sisters, named John, Andrew, Thomas, Ellen, Beatrice, Mary, Kate and Ethel.  He was the youngest of the nine children.
