William A CANNON

William, known as William, was born in 1833 in Wilkinson Co, Georgia. William's father was Miles CANNON and his mother was Nancy ISLER. His paternal grandparents were Nathaniel CANNON and Frances SUMNER; his maternal grandparents were John ISLER and Mary DUBLIN. He had six brothers and a sister, named John, Nathaniel, Wiley, Nathan, David, Miles and Nancy. He was the fourth oldest of the eight children. He diedOct 17th, 1862 in Civil War of Measles.
