Sarah Whitford

Sarah was born on September 17th, 1727 in Exeter, Washington, Rhode Island, USA.¹ Sarah's father was John Whitford and her mother is Martha Tefft. Her paternal grandparents were Pasco Whitford and Mary Stafford; her maternal grandfather was James Tefft and her maternal grandmother is Martha Sheffield. She had three brothers and five sisters, named Benjamin, John, Amos, Lydia, Elizabeth, Mary, Mercy and Martha. She was the oldest of the nine children. She died at the age of 46 on September 3rd, 1774 in Rhode Island, USA.¹
