Lydia Whitford

Lydia was born on November 22nd, 1730 in Exeter, Washington, Rhode Island, USA.¹ Lydia's father was John Whitford and her mother is Martha Tefft. Her paternal grandparents were Pasco Whitford and Mary Stafford; her maternal grandfather was James Tefft and her maternal grandmother is Martha Sheffield. She had three brothers and five sisters, named Benjamin, John, Amos, Sarah, Elizabeth, Mary, Mercy and Martha. She was the third oldest of the nine children. She died at the age of 79 on December 14th, 1809 in Rhode Island, USA.¹
