Her paternal grandparents were Jonathon L Feathers and Sarah Barbara Scherertz; her maternal grandparents were George William Bowles and Leah. She had three brothers and three sisters, named George Edward "Ed", Robert Henry "Bob", David "Dave", Vinnie Marie, Rachel Annie and Lillie Mae. She had four half-brothers and four half-sisters, named John, Samuel, William F, Jesse Jr, Mary, Laura, Sarah Alice and Estelle. She died at the age of 91 on July 21st, 1974 in Holly Springs, Marshall, Mississippi, USA.-
