Estelle's father was Jesse Feathers and her mother was Elizabeth "Eliza" Millhorn. Her paternal grandparents were Jonathon L Feathers and Sarah Barbara Scherertz; her maternal grandparents are John Millhorn and Susan Dyer. She had four brothers and three sisters, named John, Samuel, William F, Jesse Jr, Mary, Laura and Sarah Alice. She had three half-brothers and four half-sisters, named George Edward "Ed", Robert Henry "Bob", David "Dave", Vinnie Marie, Martha Belle, Rachel Annie and Lillie Mae.-
