Billy Wicks' father is Raymond Allen and his mother is Minnie Theo Humphreys. His paternal grandparents were James Prince Allen and Maggie L "Coot" Watkins; his maternal grandparents are Arthur James Humphreys and Myrtle Lee Webb. He had two brothers and a sister, named Roger Dale, Donnie Ray and Elizabeth Ann. He had a half-brother named Donnie. He died on June 22nd, 2007.-
